# How Will I Be Charged?
With Appily Fractional, your payment process is straightforward. If you choose the pay-per-search model, you'll be charged each time you initiate a job search. Your card will be automatically charged for the specialist fees once you hire someone, ensuring that payments are handled seamlessly and only for the talent you bring on board.
For those opting for the [Unlimited Search](https://app.teamhappily.com/clients/upgrade) annual subscription, you'll pay a flat fee upfront for the subscription. Specialist fees, however, will still be automatically charged to your card each time you hire a specialist throughout the project. This setup ensures a smooth and efficient billing experience.
As you are adding jobs you will see:
"Total to pay later at time of hire", for the total estimated costs of hiring specialists
"Total to pay now", for initial fees such as Posting and Management fess
