When do we use Slack versus Discord?
The team is on Discord, and clients are on Slack.
If you are in a client-facing role such as a Producer, you will be given access to a Slack channel with the Client as well as a Discord channel. The Discord channel is an internal communication channel for our team. To gain access to either, please write to support@teamhappily.com
