Rigger Responsibilities

The rigger is responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining the rigging equipment and systems used in live events. They ensure the safety and efficiency of the rigging operations, following the technical specifications and standards of the industry. The Rigger may work with various types of rigging equipment such as trusses, motors, hoists, cables, ropes, pulleys and clamps.
