Show DIT Responsibilities

The Show Digital Intermediate Technician is responsible for loading and unloading film reels from the digital intermediate (DI) system, which is used to process and color grade the footage. The technician also performs quality checks, backups, and transfers of the data, and ensures that the workflow is smooth and efficient. They work closely with the DI supervisor, colorist, and editors, and must have good communication skills, attention to detail, and technical knowledge of the DI system.
