Stagehand Responsibilities

The Stagehand is responsible for setting up, operating and dismantling the equipment and scenery for various events and shows. They work closely with the production team, performers and other crew members to ensure a smooth and safe execution of the event or show. Some of the tasks that the Stagehand may perform include loading and unloading trucks, rigging lights and sound systems, moving props and furniture, changing backdrops and curtains, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
