What if I don’t see my event data in Zapier?

  • If no test registrations appear when you click Find new records:
    1. Try submitting a new test registration in Happily Landing, then click Find new records again.
    2. Ensure that you selected the correct Environment (Staging vs. Production).
    3. Double-check your Application ID and Integration Key—incorrect credentials will prevent data from syncing.
    4. Check if your Zapier account is logged in—sometimes session timeouts cause issues.
