What is the Happily ICA?

ICA stands for Independent Contractor Agreement.

It is a contract between a freelancer and Happily that outlines in detail terms and conditions of the working relationship. All freelancers who wish to serve as an independent contractor for Happily must agree to the Happily ICA.
