Who is my point of contact?

For Producers, the Account Manager assigned to the project will be the point person.

They will also be the main contact for any changes with the client. For assistance with technical issues (eg. Discord, Happily Email, Google Sheets, Zoom), invoices, and admin, the Producer can email support@teamhappily.com.

For other team members the Producer on the project is the point of contact.
